zad.com.au is provided by Wolk Technology Pty Ltd ("WOLK", "we"), an Australian company. By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.
What the site is for
The site describes Zad, a product WOLK builds and installs for customers, and gives you a way to contact us. It is information, not an offer. Any engagement to install or use Zad is governed by a separate written agreement between WOLK and the customer, and nothing on this site forms part of that agreement unless the agreement says so.
Accuracy
We try to keep every statement on this site true of Zad as it exists today, and we correct it when it is not. Even so, the site is general information. It is not advice for your situation, and features, availability and the way Zad works can change. Check with us before relying on any specific statement.
Our content
The text, the Zad name and wordmark, the design and the images on this site belong to WOLK or are used with permission. You may read, link to and quote the site with attribution. You may not copy it wholesale, present it as your own, or use the Zad name or wordmark in a way that suggests a connection with WOLK that does not exist. Zad is a trade mark of Wolk Technology Pty Ltd.
