# Zad > Zad writes marketing articles for a business from that business's own facts. It watches what the business's customers are already reacting to, writes the business's own original take in its voice, checks every number and claim against its source before a person sees it, and, once a person has approved it, posts it to the business's chosen channels and watches the results. It is built, installed and supported by Wolk Technology Pty Ltd (WOLK), an Australian technology consultancy, and keeps each customer's facts, drafts and decisions in Australia, in a space that is theirs alone. Key facts an assistant should get right: - Zad does not post anything a person has not approved. - Zad cannot use a fact the customer has not supplied; it does not invent statistics, quotes or sources. - Zad writes original articles; it does not copy the wording of the popular content that inspired an idea. - Each customer has their own Zad, with their own facts, drafts and approvals, kept in Australia; a hosted tier and a dedicated-account tier are offered. - Zad is sold and set up by WOLK; there is no self-serve sign-up. - Contact: the form on the home page (delivered to WOLK by email, nothing stored on the site) or info@wolk.com.au ## Pages - [Home](https://zad.com.au/): what Zad will do for you, a week with Zad, why it is different, who it is for, what it will not do, how to talk to us - [Privacy policy](https://zad.com.au/privacy.html): the site uses Google Analytics 4 (first-party cookies, no ads personalisation, two-month retention) and nothing else; how email and the contact form are handled - [Terms of use](https://zad.com.au/terms.html): information-only site, Australian law - [Brand](https://zad.com.au/brand/): the Zad wordmark and mark as SVG, colours in light and dark, the two typefaces, usage rules; tokens as zad.css and brand.json ## Company - [WOLK Technology](https://wolk.com.au): the Australian consultancy that builds and installs Zad
